St. Anthony of Padua
Church of the Franciscans, San Candido / Innichen, South Tyrol, Italy
The Christ Child steps onto St. Anthony's left palm, ready for his embrace. The German phrase Eilet zu Antonius on the banderole literally means "hasten to Anthony."
As usual, Anthony wears a brown Franciscan habit with a rope belt with three knots in the lower segments.
